Unlocking You 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Ayurveda Retreat Weekend - 25CEUs Restoring Balance - is a mandatory weekend module within the Unlocking You 300 Hour Teacher Training Program.

This course is also available for purchase as a stand alone weekend experience. The course is Yoga Alliance Approved for Continuing Education Credits.

What does the weekend look like?

We will gather on Retreat Location in the Iowa City area (exact location to be announced) for a 3 day learning and experiential immersion.

Saturday 10 October 2026 from 7am-6pm

Sunday 11 October 2026 from 7am-6pm
