Unlocking You 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga For Every BODY! 25 CEUs in Adaptive Yoga - is an elective weekend module within the Unlocking You 300 Hour Teacher Training Program.

This course is also available for purchase as a stand alone weekend experience. The course is Yoga Alliance Approved for Continuing Education Credits.

What does the weekend look like?

We will gather at Be Loved Bodywork and Yoga for a 3 day learning and experiential immersion.

Friday 30 January 2026 from 2pm-7pm

Saturday 31 January 2026 from 7am-6pm

Sunday 1 February 2026 from 7am-6pm
